HMINLED Return Policy

I. Return Conditions

  1. Time Limit: You can apply for a return within 7 days from the date you receive the product. Please make sure to submit the return application within the specified time limit. Returns will not be processed after the deadline.
  1. Product Condition: The returned product must be brand - new, unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging intact. All accessories, gifts, labels, and relevant documents must be returned together. If the product has any issues that affect resale, the return may not be accepted.

II. Return Process

  1. Submit Application: Please log in to your account, find the "Apply for Return" option on the order details page, fill in the return reason and relevant information according to the system prompts, and submit the return application. We will review your application within 7 working days and inform you of the review result via email or text message.
  1. Return Shipment: After the review is passed, you will receive the return address and relevant instructions. Please choose a suitable logistics method on your own and send the product back to the designated address. When returning the product, please be sure to keep the logistics waybill and relevant vouchers for querying logistics information and subsequent processing.

III. Refund Methods

  1. Return to the Original Payment Method: We will return the payment to your original payment account within 7 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming it is in order. The refund arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the payment institution and the bank. Please be patient.
  1. Other Methods: If it is impossible to return the payment via the original method due to special reasons, we will negotiate with you on other refund methods, such as refunding to a bank card or account you specify.

IV. Notes

  1. Freight Arrangements: If the return is due to product quality issues or our mistakes, we will cover the round - trip freight. If the return is due to your personal reasons, such as dislike or incorrect size, you are responsible for the return freight.
  1. Special Products: Some special products, such as customized products, intimate apparel, food, cosmetics, etc., are not eligible for return if there are no quality issues once sold. Please carefully confirm the product details and relevant instructions before purchasing.
  1. Treatment of Gifts: The gifts attached to the product when purchased need to be returned together with the product. If the gifts are not returned or are damaged, we will deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
